
Lately, I've been trying to step my cardio-game up. The reasons for that are endless and obvious--but the over-arching reason is to be healthier. Now I'm not pro-status when it comes to distance running, so I need a little extra motivation. Last time I was in Chambana, I did my first 2-mile run since Summer before Junior year of College.
